Which country is Fleri available in?
Fleri is currently available in Ghana and Nigeria. We are also available Zambia and Zimbabwe through Diaspora Meds.
What are graduated benefits?
Not all benefits are available from day one. The longer you stay on your insurance, the more benefits you can access. Every quarter, you unlock a new set of benefits.

This is my first time purchasing a healthcare plan, what do I need to know?
When our rep calls you, he or she will answer all the questions you have and recommend a plan that best suits your loved one based on things like pre-exiisting conditions and hospitalization needs.
Does this healthcare plan cover alternative treatments?
No, it doesn’t.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? How soon?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at anytime.
Is there an age limit?
No, there is no limit.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes, you can cancel within the first 30 days provided you have not used any benefit. If you have accessed some benefits already, the plan can be cancelled after expiration of your subscription.
Does Fleri provide burial services?
No, we do not but we have morgue services available.
What assurance do we have that Fleri will be sustainable and will be around for years to come?
Because Fleri continues to grow, work with partners, investors, innovate for customer.
How do we know that our families will be cared for once we pay the money here?
Fleri is a trusted service used by 100s of families around the world. In the past year that we have been operational, we have done everything in our power to make sure that your loved ones will receive quality and timely healthcare.
How do you determine/verify if a provider has the capacity to provide a service?
All the facilities in our network are vetted and verified our trusted partners. We also have routine checks to make sure that the quality is care provided is up to standard.
How many times can my loved one go to the hospital?
Your loved one can go to the hospital as many times as they wnat so far as they stay within the limits of their plan.

Reliance is a health insurance company that uses software, data science and telemedicine to make health insurance delightful, affordable and easier to access. We work with them to create personalized healthcare plans and underwrite them within Nigeria

I don’t have my ID card yet, can I still go the hospital?
Yes, you can go to the hospital and access health care. In your welcome letter, your HMO ID will be boldened. Kindly show this at the reception.
I was denied a service at the hospital. What are the next steps I can take?
Call the toll free 0800 222 222 for immediate assistance.
I need to see a specialist; how do I do that?
You need a referral note from your primary physician. Once you get that, you can call the contact center for help to schedule a visit at a specialist hospital if need be.
I have been delayed at the hospital and no one is attending to me.

I have an emergency, should I call the insurer first before heading to the hospital or go straight away?
You can go directly to the hospital and just show them your Id card to receive treatment. You can call the contact center if you need an ambulance.
My family visits a specific hospital, can that be added to your network?

What do I need to enroll a loved one?
Some of the details you need are age, date of birth, contact, physical address, knowledge of pre-existing health conditions etc. You also need to provide a picture for their ID card.
How often do I have to pay the premium?
That is totally dependent on what is convenient for you. We have the quarterly, semi-annual and annual payment plans.
How do I pay the premium?
You can make payment with your card or through a bank transfer
What is the least amount of money I have to pay for my premium?
Our plans start from $28 / month.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If you miss a payment without prior notification, you will incur a penalty in addition to your arrears. Your beneficiary can still access the plan benefit for a grace period of 30 days.
Will my premium go up when I renew my plan?
While this rarely happens, there is a possiblity for this to happen.
Do you have group plans?
Yes, we have plans that cover up to six people per group and they don’t have to be blood related.
If I have already enrolled one person, can I add more?
Yes, you can add as many people as you need to.
Do you have specialist services?
Yes, we have specialist hospitals in our network. These include physiotherapy, cardiology, surgery, diagnostic procedures et al.
Is my beneficiary eligible for all benefits?
No, they are not. The benefits are dependent on the type of plan you choose. Some services are graduated as well.
What happens if my beneficiary never goes to the hospital?
They still have access to the care at any given given moment and you will have peace of mind knowing that they are covered.
Do adults and children pay the same amount even if they have the same plan?
If they have same plan, yes they do. We however have plans that cater to children with a less costly premium.
Are there any conditions your healthcare plan doesn’t cover?
For every healthcare plan, there are exclusions. Some of the general exclusions include advanced surgery, cosmetic surgery, unorthodox or experimental care, dental implants,etc.
My beneficiary has a pre-existing condition. Does that disqualify him or her?
No, it does not. All you have to do is choose a plan that supports the pre-existing condition
Is there an age limit?
No, there is no limit.
How involved will I be?
As a sponsor, you will be involved in the plan selection process and payment. You may also be required to assist with the onboarding process.

Do I have access to preventative care services on my plan?
This value-added service available to all beneficiaries. Depending on the type of plan you have, you are entitled to up to four home visits every year where a nurse will check your vitals. After this a doctor's report and recommendation will be generated and shared. Please note that you can access our preventative care plan seperately as well.
What does this preventative care include?
These include sugar test, blood pressure check, BMI, urinalysis, etc. Other services include health advisory, tracking health patterns etc

Do I have access to preventative care services on my plan?
This value-added service available to all beneficiaries. As a beneficiary, you are entitled to an annual general checkup at any of the facilities in our network.
What does this preventative care include?
These include sugar test, blood pressure check, BMI, urinalysis, etc. Other services include health advisory, tracking health patterns etc

If this service is available, do I need to go to the hospital?
The need to go to the hospital is based on the doctor’s recommendation. Sometimes the only recommendation will be a change in routine and diet, other times too, further tests will be needed
How often will the healthcare professional visit?
They can visit up to four times a year based on the plan you have. This service is available on the Gold and Platinum plans.
How do I know the healthcare provider is a professional and legitimate?
We vet our healthcare professionals and make sure that they have the appropriate licenses. We will not send anyone we can’t vouch for to your home.
There are a lot of cases of kidnapping and robbery in Nigeria, what security measures do you have in place as this healthcare provider is a literal stranger?
In order to ensure your safety, we only release your details to them two hours before the visit. We also run run extensive background checks on them to ensure that your safety and health is in the right hands.
Do I have to give the healthcare provider any money?
No, you do not. This service has already been paid for by your sponsor.

Can I go to my regular pharmacy for my medication?
Yes, you can but your insurance only covers pharmacies in our provider network. If your regular pharmacy is not in our network, you will have to pay out of pocket.
Can I buy drugs over the counter with my insurance card?
No, you can’t do that. All medication has to be prescribed by a doctor.
My prescription couldn’t be fulfilled at the hospital, do I have to pay out of pocket?
No, you don’t. You can visit any pharmacy in our network to have the prescription fulfilled. If you need help, you can call our toll free contact center on 070073542623 for assistance.
